Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE
About the Client:
A packaging company that provides end to end solutions in FMCG & pharmaceutical industry.
Job Description:
- Help the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable
- Answer customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Must have an experience in Food / consumer goods / cosmetic packaging
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
