Are you a sale superhero with a knack for spreadsheets and a passion for play? Our dynamic toy distribution company is seeking a sales coordinator to join our team! As the sales coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that keep our sales team organized and the clients happy.

Responsibilities:

Create top-notch, quotation sheets that make our clients jump for joy. You’ll use your sales savvy and attention to detail to put together proposals that showcase our awesome toys and highlight our competitive prices.
Keep our stock in tip-top shape! You’ll work closely with our warehouse team to ensure our inventory is up to date and the shelves are stocked with the latest and greatest toys.
Be the go-to person for our sales team. You’ll be a key player in keeping everyone on the same page by providing support with client communications, and follow-ups and keeping everyone in the loop with updates.
Keep an eye on the competition. You’ll be our secret weapon in tracking market trends and ensuring we stay ahead of the game.

Qualifications:

A passion for toys, and play! We’re looking for someone who loves what they do and brings that enthusiasm to their work.
Strong organizational skills. You’ll need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while staying on top of the details.
Stellar communication skills. You’ll be working with a range of people, from clients to colleagues, and you need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
A strong sense of initiative. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take charge and make things happen.
Prior sales experience, along with knowledge of retail, online, and wholesale with an existing relationship with baby, kids, and toy retailers and buyers.
Driver’s license is a prerequisite to this job role.
