<b>Job Purpose:</b>
<br />To assist the management team in training the new employees and cross train the existing staff members in all areas of the restaurant to insure high levels of productivity and efficiency in all areas of the restaurant, particularly the kitchen area
<br />

<b>Duties & Responsibilities:</b>
<br />Assist in training new employees
<br />Cross-train existing employees
<br />Position staff members on a shift
<br />Ensure all stations are stocked &clean prior to and during peak periods
<br />Help the manager complete the QSC checklist & travel path checklist
<br />Ensure proper food preparation &handling procedures
<br />Maintain product quality by setting a stock level appropriate to the level of sales, discarding any products that exceed their holding times
<br />Ensure uniform speed of service by resolving any production bottlenecks
<br />Ensure food safety practices are followed at all times
<br />
<br />
<b>Training of NEW staff members:</b>
<br />Induct all new staff using the Staff Training Presenter
<br />Complete workstation training using the 4 steps training method
<br />Follow the R.T.T. staff training record to accomplish correct training
<br />Complete employees files with all necessary documents
<br />Complete proficiency chart to monitor employee advancement
<br />
<br />
<b>Cross Train existing staff members:</b>
<br />Plan for staff cross training each shift
<br />Reevaluate existing staff members and enhance their knowledge to become proficient at all work stations
<br />
<b><br /></b>
<b>Customer Service:</b>
<br />Follow up on staff service commitment
<br />Respond quickly to customer request when dealing with complaints
<br />Ask for customer feed back
<br />Let staff know how they are performing with Mystery Shop and Brand Delivery and encourage consistent great results
<br />

<b>Skills/Qualifications:</b>

<b>Work Experience:</b> Preferred fast food / hospitality industry

<b>Mathematical Skills:</b> Good numerical skills
<br />
