Seeking Experienced Admission Counselor with exemplary communication skills, focus, a go-getter attitude to reach set sales target by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and achieving set performance goals.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Lead Management
Manage leads from digital campaigns and from various online sources including walk-ins on Zoho CRM.
2. Counselling, Conversion, Collections, and Reporting
– Provide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career, etc.
– Verify documents and credentials as per need
– Convert to admission
– Follow up on registration and fee payment
3. Customer service:
– Ensure a pleasant experience for all the prospective learners
– Help them in their transactions for admissions/fee payment/course progress etc
Company Industry
– Education / Training / Academics
– Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:30 pm[9 hours + 1 hour break].
– Weekly Off: Friday(Half Day) and Saturday
– Job Location: Dubai

Experience:
– Education Counsellor/Sales: 2-4 years (Required)
Language:
– English (Very Fluent)
– Arabic (Very Fluent)
Preference will be given to candidates with Customer Support, Sales, or Marketing experiences with Educational Institutions/banks/Insurance/airlines/training Institutes.

– Proficiency in Arabic/English is a must.
– Graduates with minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales/Tele-sales/admissions counseling in the education/training sector
