EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

المهارات

– Respond and follow-up customer calls to ensure customer satisfaction , Track customers' shipments in order to answer customer's inquiries for updates and answer customers' general inquiries.

– communicate with Shipping lines and prepare shipments manifest amendment , B/L exchange .

– prepare shipping lines requirements to release delivery orders for final customer and use Customs Asycuda system to active shipments release .

Job Requirements:-

Good communication skills.

Excellent command of English.

Competency in Microsoft applications including

Word, Excel, and Outlook.
