The Role supports our Ecommerce business within Canada and US (Prime Walls & Walls Republic), working primarily with sales team across all aspects of sales, customer service, stock management and order fulfilment. The role is based in the BSH Dubai Office with working schedule Monday-Friday, 4pm-1am. Saturday 7pm – 11am
One of the key requirements for this role is strong communication skills and flawless command of English. As the candidate will be working with customers base from Canada and US, the business English should be perfect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to customers via phone, e-mail, live chats and social media channels.
- Navigate order management system to ensure all orders are processed on time.
- Deal with customer enquiries and complaints in proactive manner.
- Collaborate with managers to remain up to date with products, offering best solutions to clients.
- Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries.
- Ensure all website content is up to date and all pages, products and process on the website are correct. Updated and in line with trading requirements at all times.
- Upload inventory onto website and third party platforms and ensure all active products are live.
- Manage sales to B2B and B2C customers via phone and e-mail.
- Actively generate positive customer feedback on the website, google and third-party platforms.
- Highlight any website issues and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.

- Proven experience in eCommerce, sales and digital technologies
- Relevant experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross functional projects.
- Solid understanding and experience implementing sales models and working with eCommerce.
- Enthusiastic attitude, capable of critical thinking and high level of integrity.
- Ability to work in an organized manner within a variety of environments, including within team, under supervision and autonomously within remit of responsibilities, as required.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent IT Skills and high levels of numeracy and literacy skills.
