About Our Client: A prestigious shipping and logistics company in the Middle East is looking for strong and experienced talents who can join their growing team. Location based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Large geographical coverage: Regional – Middle East.

As a Sales Manager for a freight and forwarding company in Dubai, your primary responsibility is to oversee the sales activities of the company and to manage a team of sales representatives. Your primary duties include the following:

1. Developing and implementing sales strategies.
2. Building and managing a sales team.
3. Creating sales plans and forecasts.
4. Maintaining customer relationships.
5. Collaborating with other departments.
6. Reporting on sales activities.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends.
8. Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships.

المهارات

Key Job Qualifications:

1. Sales Managers must have proven 10+ years Sales Management experience and leadership skills within the Shipping & Logistics industry in the UAE.

2. Sales Executives must have proven 3 to 5 years Sales experience within the Shipping & Logistics industry in the UAE.

3. Has strong knowledge of Container/Shipping Lines/ Freight Forwarding / NVOCC / Logistics.

4. Has strong knowledge related to Sales in Shipping & Warehouse – Logistics FCL / LCL – (Air / Sea / Land).

5. Must have a proven track record and strong sales performance in similar industries and has an existing list of potential contacts or sales leads.

6. Sales Revenue Driven – must have a strong persistence and determination to achieve sales targets.

7. Must be confident, well-spoken, professional and proactive to get new business opportunities.

8. Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or any similar field.

9. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. English is a must, Arabic is a plus.

10. Male or female, any nationality can apply. Available in the UAE preferred.
