Contract Duration: 1 year

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on End-End ME & MISSA supply chain KPIs (Perfect Order, OTIF, DSIs, CIPs, Customers Claims).
Run the monthly E2E supply chain KPIs and dashboard review.
Liaise with End-End supply chain teams; plan, customer service and D&T to challenge and validate SC performance metrics and highlight trends and areas for improvement.
Interface with EMEA Supply Chain analytics team to improve the accuracy of current reports and drive the automation of manual reporting for ME and MISSA.
Develop reports to track Supply Chain projects portfolio status and performance.
Capture and develop new Supply Chain reports/dashboards requirements to bring about visibility on performance and cost.
Document and develop SOPs and work instructions related to Supply Chain operations.
Provide support on Supply Chain projects where needed (focusing on IT requirements).

Education:

Requirements, Skill Sets, and Competencies:

Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Solid MS Office and databases skills; important systems & tools to have knowledge in (includes but not limited to); Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL, SAP and JDE.
Solid presentation and data storytelling skills.
High Sense of business acumen with demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain operations.
Ownership of the final analytical results.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on their own initiative and proactively interact with teams to obtain information and ability to challenge the results based on facts and figures.
Ability to identify areas that require improvements and suggest plans for remediation.
Ability to react quickly and decisively to constantly changing demands.
Customer and performance oriented based on KPIs.
Good team player.
Excellent English, Arabic/French is an advantage.

Special Requirements:

Solid data analytical skills.
Solid experience in ETL data transformation & visualization tools (includes but not limited to): Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL.
Solid Microsoft Office Skills in MS Word, PowerPoint & Visio.
