الوصف الوظيفي
- Operational processes and systems and management improvement
- Manage a portfolio of system enabled changed ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Develop / Aware of process improvement methodology and implement and engrain this within the department.
- Establish lean measures (e.g. PLT, PCE) for the processes operating withinthe department.
- Train managers and team leaders in the use of lean metrics and tools.
- Undertake diagnostics within the business to identify a prioritised list of change initiatives and drive the delivery.
- Act as the interface with businesses for the delivery of process and systems change initiated within the business.
- Act as project lead for regulatory change initiatives for which the department will take responsibility for delivering on behalf of the bank.
- Drive / Support an agenda of automation across the department, increasing STP rates across processes.
- Drive / Support the implementation of Business Process Management / Business Activity Management within the department.
