الوصف الوظيفي

  1. Operational processes and systems and management improvement
  2. Manage a portfolio of system enabled changed ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
  3. Develop / Aware of process improvement methodology and implement and engrain this within the department.
  4. Establish lean measures (e.g. PLT, PCE) for the processes operating withinthe department.
  5. Train managers and team leaders in the use of lean metrics and tools.
  6. Undertake diagnostics within the business to identify a prioritised list of change initiatives and drive the delivery.
  7. Act as the interface with businesses for the delivery of process and systems change initiated within the business.
  8. Act as project lead for regulatory change initiatives for which the department will take responsibility for delivering on behalf of the bank.
  9. Drive / Support an agenda of automation across the department, increasing STP rates across processes.
  10. Drive / Support the implementation of Business Process Management / Business Activity Management within the department.
