Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled web developer to join our team of innovative designers who are consistently raising the bar for creativity and user experience. The ideal candidate is a talented artist who has the extensive technical expertise and can work independently or with a team to create, maintain, and update client websites in a variety of industries. Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web applications and services is essential for succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:

Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
Directing or performing Website updates.
Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
Editing, writing, or designing Website content,
Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting
Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Create website layout/user interface
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities

Professional skills:

Knowledge of development standards and methodologies.
Previous experience as a Software Developer.
Complete control over SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum).
Documentation and Reporting process (Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to organize work independently.
Ability to identify priorities and work according to them.
Ability to deliver precise results on time.
Should be a good people manager with an aggressive approach to project management.
Should be a great troubleshooter in providing direction to the team in challenging situations.
Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development
Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process
Aggressive problem-diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or a related field.
Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
This position is open for an experienced developer with solid technical knowledge.
Android app by Java.
Android and IOS apps by Flutter.
User Interface design.
APIs.
