Requirements
The responsibilities:
Commerciality
Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals through exemplary demonstration of core and new products measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Average Pound Sales, Average Unit Sales, Daily Conversion % and Daily booked appointments %.Work collaboratively to achieve and exceed team and counter targets Be accountable in tracking personal performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and monitor and drive store performanceProactively ensure appointments % and conversion is above company expectation maximizing every appointment to ensure commercial success.Collaborate as part of the Store Management and Regional Education team to deliver store training and follow up on ALL trainings ensuring ALL artists are engaged, and driven.
Service
Consistently promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer serviceManage customer queries efficiently, using sound judgment and achieving positive outcomes, escalating to your line manager where necessaryTake every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within Company guidelinesPlan and implement and lead Masterclass and instore events weekly to drive salesBring active support and initiative for counter events/new product launches; sharing ideas
Artistry
Be an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry; giving on the spot coaching and feedback to develop the Retail ArtistsResponsible for supporting the level of Artistry on their team by influencing Lead Artist Teams performance, coaching individuals on their performance with appointments supporting them to enhance their delivery and commercial success at all times.Demonstrating fluency in Charlotte Tilburys makeup style, language and expertise in product knowledge to prescribe the right look every time.Bring active support and initiative for counter events/new product launches; sharing ideasDemonstrate immaculate grooming standards at all times, reflecting your makeup look and in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelinesAspire and be prepared to be part of the backstage team; supporting Charlotte at key events, launches, press days, celebrity and VIP clients when required
