Technical Support Officer
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure.
*Establish, configure, test and maintain MS operating systems, applications software, and system management tools.
*Configuring, installing, testing, and maintaining operating systems, applications software, and system management tools.
*Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical assistant staff.
*Installation, configuration, for MS active directory and office365.
Knowledge of backup solutions.
*Cloud endpoint security management knowledge (Kaspersky, Sophos.).
*Installation, and configuration for L2 switches, WI-FI routers and access points.
*Basic knowledge of HW firewall management.
*Maintain and supervise the inventory.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
– 2-3 years of experience.
– MCSE certification is plus.
– Reporting skills.
– Fluency in English and Arabic oral & written is required.
– Must have a car.
