Position Title: Chef de Partie – Pastry
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualification plus tips
Job Location: Mirdif City Center, Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A renowned French pastry shop and restaurant chain in UAE
Job Description:
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in pastry section
- Coordinate daily tasks with the junior pastry chef
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
المهارات
Qualifications:
- 35 years old and below
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in the similar role
- Should have experience in high end casual restaurants / cafes
- Immediate joiner will be prioritized
