Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and functional expertise, and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and budgets
- Facilitate meetings and ensure timely and effective communication among stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and make recommendations to adjust project plans as needed
- Support the development and implementation of project management processes and methodologies
- Provide technical and functional support to project teams and stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project delivery processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, project management)
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office product suite (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Fair technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
