Managing the schedules and communications of the Managing Partner of the Company
Professional support and assistant for Admin and Operation Management
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos and other documents
Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
Receives incoming and outgoing communication, memos, determines importance and summarise and distributes contents to appropriate staff
Perform office tasks including maintaining records
Performs additional duties assigned by the Executive

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Female preferably Filipino with more than 2 years experience in UAE in the same field or related
Can join immediately
Location Sheikh Zayed Road
Office Schedule: Monday to Friday
Timing: ️1pm – 11pm
