The Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. This department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. In this Role, you’ll get to:
Strategize: You will work with our Tech team to help design the Product roadmap to reach them, building a realistic plan with clear deliverables, success metrics and milestones/checkpoints. In addition to that you will own of one of our three Strategic Pillars for which you will build the target, strategy and optimization framework.
Lead: You will have dedicated resources to develop each of the two strategic areas under your responsibility, who will depend on you for guidance, decision making and creative problem solving.
Deliver: At Agoda, we make things happen. You will immediately see the impact of your choices and effort and will be able to use it to continue to further optimize our processes and systems.
Expand your skillset: while this role has a strong technical component, you will also own one of our Strategic Pillars: build a Customer Marketing strategy for your segment, get it executed, learn from the test results and iterate to bring always more and more value to our Company.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/numerical field; MBA or other advanced technical degree e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance preferred
- Work Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience across Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Tech, Startup or other relevant industry
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical ability to breakdown complex problems and translate to actionable business insights
- Business Acumen: Strong track record building business plans, crunching numbers – ideally ability to extract data and apply statistical models. Strategic thinking and planning with a hands-on mentality
- Presentation Skills: Exceptional presenter to C-suite level audience and other senior management in the company
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to discuss and persuade different levels, including senior management, to align on objectives and action on
- Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau is strongly preferred but not essential (you will be expected to pick up SQL in early days on the job)
