Location: Dubai

Salary: 9500aed pm + commission

Reporting to: Sales Manager UK

Hours : 40 hours per week Sun – Thurs plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 11:45 to 20:30 or 12:45 to 21:30 depending on daylight saving hours in the UK

Main responsibilities

The purpose of the Senior buyer is to be responsible for speaking with customers who are looking for a fast, hassle-free sale, selling the benefits of using our service and carrying out desktop valuations on these properties to present offers to our customers. Alongside supporting the Sales manager in all aspects of team management.

  • Making inbound and outbound calls to warm leads
  • Secure direct purchase properties through a consultative sales approach
  • Deliver a fantastic customer experience.
  • Achieve or exceed sales target.
  • Supporting the team with coaching and development sessions
  • Working in conjunction with the MD and the Sales Manager to support with any ongoing training.
  • Listening to team calls, delivering coaching to team members where areas of improvement have been recognised.
  • Plan monthly incentive in line with budgets to support and drive team performance.
  • Working with the Sales manager to mentor team members to hit targets.
  • Support and help develop new members of the team.
  • Daily catch ups with the Sales manager to discuss team performance, any interventions required to improve performance and to find solutions to any performance blockers.
  • Provide a positive influence within the team, championing change and understanding and supporting the company standpoint.
  • Ensuring any negativity is managed away from the team.
  • Ensuring you lead by example i.e., performance, behaviour, timekeeping, absence etc.
  • Working with the MD and the Sales Manager to implement, monitor and report on all office policy and procedure
  • Hold duty of care for the team whilst on the premises
  • Ensure that there is a responsible person on site during all opening hours.
