Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
In depth knowledge of:
Windows Server 2016 and 2019. (Active Directory, failover cluster,.etc.)
Microsoft Office 365.
Backup Solution.
Firewall and Antivirus.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Documentation of the hardware and software maintenance and updates.

Experience:

Previous working experience in IT support for (2-5) years.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or information systems, or related field
