Payment Integration Lead – Dubai, UAE

Our client is a leading wealth management organization. They are looking for an expert Payment Integration Lead with a background working within payment solution providers or payments within the banking sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring a strong relationship between old and new partner network and maintaining the quality of solutions.
Understand the business and build solution to effectively exploit the whole payment system and customer experience.
Work closely with designated parties (internal & external providers) during all stages of launching new payment solutions.
Fix bugs and issues relating to payment solutions based on customer complaints leading to total customer satisfaction.
Keep the communication clear and updated with internal and external partners by making a solution specs sheets.
Confirm team priorities are aligned and they understood their impact on the business by relaying the organization’s strategy.
To ensure the KPIs are met by the whole team, you will be involved in shaping and influencing their deliverables and sharpen their knowledge and skills by exposing them to new learning/opportunities.

المهارات

At least a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/IT or in any related field.
Fluent in English communication and presentation skills. Other language will be considered an advantage.
Must have prior experience in any Payment provider/Institution.
In-depth knowledge of payment processing, systems, acquiring, reconciliation, settlements, etc. is a must have skills.
Has the ability to handle multiple tasks on-hand and make report progress while effectively networking and building relationships with stakeholders’/business partners.
Has the initiative to aggressively reach target goals in a fast-moving environment while working within a team.
A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.
Expert in providing support in commercial, customer support and appropriate teams to achieve success ratio of the implementation of payment solutions to all customers.
Has expertise on market knowledge and data analysis to contribute to our overall product and company success.
