We are a leading interior design firm that specializes in creating stylish and functional living spaces for our clients. We work with residential and commercial clients to create personalized design solutions that reflect their individual needs and preferences. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team.
Job Summary: The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the design process, from initial concept development through to final installation. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and will create unique and personalized design solutions that exceed their expectations. The Senior Interior Designer will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of junior designers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Lead the design process for assigned projects, from concept development to final installationWork closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop design solutions that exceed their expectationsDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirementsManage a team of junior designers and oversee their work to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standardProvide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring that they develop their skills and expertiseDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and act as the main point of contact for all project-related communicationManage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are accurately tracked and reportedStay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate these into design solutions as appropriate
