  • Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings.
  • Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
  • Update general ledger and payroll files
  • Prepare accounting files records and schedules
  • Monitor paid and unpaid leaves
  • Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions
  • Resolve payroll problems e g overlooked bank holidays late payments etc
  • Answer employee questions concerning payroll
  • Participate in payroll audits
  • Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes Previous experience as a payroll accountant in UAE
  • Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and TALLY Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

المهارات

  • Bachelor of accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
  • Must have at least 1 year of related work experience in UAE.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, payroll and cost control principles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.
  • A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements.
  • Can join within 1 month or less.
  • Fluent in Filipino language
