Williams Accounting and Business Consultancy specialises in providing outsourced business consultancy and accounting services to Small and Medium sized Enterprises within Dubai. Our reputation is built on offering personalised and quality financial solutions to assist these businesses be successful in their industry sector. We are a professional and qualified team of women who love what we do. We are seeking to employ an entry level accountant / administration support person to assist in handling the growing workload with existing clients and document control to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities and Reporting:
- Assist the senior accountants in the office with bookkeeping and data entry duties for various clients.
- Manage the office administration duties such as purchasing office supplies and petty cash handling.
- Ensuring the office is well maintained and clean.
- Assisting with various HR requirements for clients.
- Assist with organising client documents.
- Document control and maintenance.
المهارات
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting and administration support roles. Minimum 2 years' experience working in the UAE.
- Basic accounting knowledge such as data entry skills, balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations and Fixed Asset registers required.
- VAT knowledge and application would be useful but not essential.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently and maintaining the highest level of quality.
- Ability to listen to instructions and apply new skills with accuracy and efficiency.
- Enjoys problem solving and has strong analytical ability.
- Experience working within Small Businesses.
- Our clients operate in many different industries so broad experience across different sectors is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and suppliers.
- Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- QuickBooks and Sage 50 Accounting software experience essential.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
