Our client is a Leading Banking in the GCC. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing and managing a team of professionals.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as cross-sell potential between existing customers and new customers.
- Exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Strong sales background with UAE/ regional experience
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in a managerial role with a bank
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
