Min 3 Years UAE Experience

• Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions .Helps clients decide their ideal haircut and hairstyle.
• Knows haircutting, hairstyling, and haircoloring best practices.
• Completes haircutting techniques, including trims, layers, and texturizing.
• Performs haircoloring methods, such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
• Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos. Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths (e.g. braids and top knots)
• Skill or experience related to cosmetic hair extensions.
• Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin , Botox smoothing
• Upsells clients on products and services.
• Develops ongoing relationships with clients.
• Keeps a clean station and sanitizes all tools.
• Follows all salon policies and procedures.

المهارات

• Must have 3-5 year’s experience in U.A.E.
• Communicates clearly and has strong active listening skills.
• Builds long-term relationships with clients and has excellent social skills.
• Collaborates with other hair stylists and team members and is a team-player.
• Works confidently in a fast-paced salon, has good time-management skills, is punctual, and is detail oriented.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An active cosmetology, hair stylist license would be an advantage.
