Architect
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts under the leadership of principal designer
- Assist presentation documents and participate in presentations to clients
- Ensure that designs meet building code requirements
- Prepare permit sets for city approval
- Prepare construction drawings and specifications for all project phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 2-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, 3D software and photoshop
- Great Visualization skills.
- Experience in Residential & commercial.
- Attention to detail
- problem solving and design skills
- Self-motivation and openness to acquire new skills
