Position: Project Manager | Location: United Arab Emirates | Job Schedule: Full Time

Job Description: The IT project manager is responsible for setting the team’s deadlines and ensuring a successful outcome.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide technology strategy planning.
• Leads the development of the overall approach for the cybersecurity program, its time frames, and the definition of its major deliverables to meet the desired goals and outcomes.
• Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
• Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs and
• Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security, and privacy.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training of new IT staff/software developers.
• Supervise and direct IT personnel/software developers.

Qualification and Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience as an IT professional.
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
• Great social skills.
• Result-orientated mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Arabic speaker is a must.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• PMP certificate would be desirable.
