Nostraverse is looking for a 3D Game Artist for modeling and texturing of VR experiences. You must be able to manage the quality of 3D models and textures for production use in LOW-resolution format (mobile/VR compatible).

As a 3D VR Modeling and Texture Artist, you will create models and photo-realistic textures for outdoor and indoor environments. We look for accomplished artists to work as part of our dynamic creative team on all kinds of VR assets.

Create 3D models based on reference images, achieving a realistic look while maintaining a low poly count.
Create photo-real texture and relevant maps to match reference images.
Retopology of existing high poly models to make them suitable for VR.
Establishing suitable working techniques for the members of your team and working in conjunction with the production team

المهارات

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience developing assets for mobile/VR video games.
Strong artistic skills
UV layout and texture experience.
Proven 3D modeling expertise in hard surface environments and props.
Ability to accurately evaluate scope and time requirements
A traditional arts background with an emphasis on photo-realistic environments and props.
A strong understanding of real-world materials is essential and must be demonstrated in work on your reel
