Accountability Area :
- Responsible for effective delivery of soft services comprising of Catering, waste management, Cleaning & pest control.
- Accountable for standardization of the quality of facilities services provided to company's head office
- Oversee performance of assigned contractors to ensure scheduled services and reactive services are completed in line with the scope/SLA stipulated in the respective contracts.
- Oversee the monthly performance evaluations in line with contractual SLA/KPIs.
- Responsible to ensure facilities services are provided in compliance with relevant regulatory and the Holding HSE requirements which may change from time to time.
- Oversee the Complex Preventive and corrective maintenance on HO for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping and Mechanical
- Understand the maintenance schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information about the process of the facilities assigned.
- Use this knowledge of the methods and activities to determine ways that processes can be refined to make the delivery of services more efficient.
- Determine what particular needs the project has and develop management controls systems that will reduce costs
- Design facility-specific control systems that coordinate activities to ensure that all products meet set quality standards.
- Evaluate and report the performance and development of the contractors/suppliers to improve the level of service and highlight areas of improvements. Draft an improvement plan and follow up on steps taken by them.
- Respond appropriately to any emergencies or request raised by Clients and present a roll out to the Facilities Manager.
- Manage all the in house office administration teams, provide them with guidance , corrections when needed and evaluate their performance by the end of each year
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Indicative KPIs :
- To identify and recommend improvements on the properties handled.
- Provide progress information/reports to Facilities Manager as per property requirements.
- Maximize the performance of the Technical and Services team on the property to minimize the number of Clients’ complains per year.
- To participate and work closely with other team members and service partners to build a good professional environment.

المهارات
Education/ Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree ( preferably engineering or related degree).
Work Experience :
A Graduate (preferably engineering or related degree) with at least 5 years of experience working on a management/supervisory position handling soft services in Corporate Office environments where client management was a key aspect of the job, and exposure to budgetary and service delivery’s full requirement.
