Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) by creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to our brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales, etc.) to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
