Position Title: Hostess Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inlcusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and service charge
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines
Job Description:
- Supervise the hostess team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and seated in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other members of the restaurant management team to manage table availability, including managing reservations and walk-ins.
- Train the hostess team on how to handle guest inquiries and requests, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, including contact details, preferences, and special requests
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Russian speakers or European nationals
- Female, 38 years old and below
- At least 3 years work experience in UAE in the same role
- Must have experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages
- Candidates who can join by March 15, 2023 will be prioritized
