female HR Recruiter to join our team urgently.
Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for social media? Do you know how to reach and engage your audience on social media and other traditional job platforms? We have the perfect job for you!
Your main responsibility would be
1-to source and recruit on daily basis suitable candidates to add to our team of cleaners. You will be using Facebook groups, job boards, or any other social platforms to creatively post job ads to attract candidates. You should be a result-driven salesperson, capable of engaging and securing candidates to achieve daily and monthly candidates profile targets.
2- Partners with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs · Maintains employees confidence by keeping human resources information confidential
3-Informing employees regarding HR policies, procedures, company rules and regulations
4- Monitors performance evaluation of all employees
5- Act as first point of contact for all employees concerens and questions in regard to policies.
6-Prepare daily attendance of all on ground cleaners and drivers, by relying on many sources and post the attendance accuratly in platform.
7-keep accurate filing of all employees with all relavent documents ( hard and soft copies)
8-Reports directly to HR manager with regards to the Manpower needs/Recruitment
Job Description
· Attract qualified cleaners applicants to apply.
· Manage recruitment outreach on various social media and job board platforms
· Identify tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching various target audiences within the housemaid and nanny categories.
· Inform and persuade prospective candidates.
-Strong personality to handle and manage more than 200 employees daily issues
Required Experience
· Previous working experience for (1-2 years) years in Recruiting, Human Resources
· Strong working knowledge of Social Media Posting and Marketing (1-2) year
· Sales experience is a strong plus (1-2 years)
. High organizational skills
. Strong analytical skills
· A good knowledge of UAE laws in terms of hiring – high knowledge of UAE labour law
