Job description:

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES*:

Perform duties of NDT Inspector as per Company & Local Authority guidelines.).

Perform the duties and represent as a company NDE level II during Internal/ASME/Client Audits.

Ensure safe usage of radioactive equipment and personnel within the Projects

Coordinate QC/NDT Personnel Industrial Qualification. Examination Training and Renewals that are externally organized.

Supervise NDT Operations for the proper and timely execution of NDT with respect to the quantity

Ensure NDT procedures are compliant to code and customer requirements

Be occupationally Qualified to internationally recognized schemes to determine competency (i.e.PCN CSWIP.ASNT etc) requirements and shall perform duties ethically and safely in accordance with the professional occupation guidelines.

Impart practical training to Technicians/Inspections and guide them about the overall NDT work process.

Check and ensure proper maintenance of NDT equipment and Calibration records

Review vendor's NDT procedures. Prepare internal Level-II procedures and project-specific procedures.

Ensure NDT procedures are compliant to code and customer requirements.

Support the Quality team for any additional activities as and when requested.

Communicate (written & oral) in the English language with confidence.

Excellent listening & interpersonal skills.

Physically fit and able to work in extreme climatic conditions.

Documentation, computer operation, procedures & systems.

Conscientious and thorough.

Content to deal with detailed, routine work.

Able to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

NDT 2 INSPECTION: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

ENGLISH (Preferred)

License/Certification:

UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Preferred)
