Essential:
* University Degree in Business/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 10+ year experience in direct sales role and managing teams.
* Experience opening offices in emerging countries, process development and management of diverse teams, as well as exposure to project financing.
* Experience of working in a multinational and multi-segment environment with matrix reporting.
Preferred:
* Post Graduate degree in business management.
* Solar industry experience important but not critical.
* Understanding of construction and engineering marketplace.
* Understanding of renewable energy market place
* Experience on working on large complex multinational projects.
* Fluent in Arabic or other regional language/s.

* Stakeholder Management: Has strong influencing skills to sustain high impact relationships with customers, shareholders, and stakeholders to deliver results.Negotiation: Is proactive in driving deals forward and is capable of winning concessions without damaging relationships.
