Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide outstanding support to our online ecommerce services customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a desire to go above and beyond to help customers succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other teams such as product development and marketing to provide customer feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and processes to provide accurate and timely assistance to customers
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement support strategies and processes that improve customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with US and British customers.
- 5 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online ecommerce environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
