The Role: (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently hiring a presentable, tall, and graceful Female Office Manager for our Corporate Office in Dubai. She is someone who is looking for an evolving job role where no two days are the same. The role offers variety that aids in growth and professional development. Ideal candidate should be flexible and adaptable. The desired Office Manager is an energetic professional female who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. And is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks while being able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities:

As an Office Manager, you will:

  • Present and conduct yourself with grace
  • Greet high-net-worth business groups, clients, and guests appropriately with a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Assist the Executive Management through scheduling appointments
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints and timely respond to business inquiries via WhatsApp, Phone, and Email
  • Fulfill any additional tasks as directed by the staff or Executive Management
  • Organize office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
  • Develop intra-office communication protocols; streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and spaces
  • Assign and monitor clerical functions.
  • Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
  • Assist clients during their visit and be hospitable
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, and taking notes
  • Answer, forwarding, and screening phone calls to respective staff and management
  • Contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

Eligibility Criteria: (Immediate Joining)

  • Immediate joining/availability
  • Professional and excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory
  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience, preferably, 4+ years of experience in a corporate company
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
