Job Review:
We are looking for an outstanding & energetic sales manager to help us create and move deals through the pipeline, add new clients in the EMEA region, and have full revenue responsibility.
We are in search of an energetic sales professional who is self-motivated and is industry conscious to handle the Sales department of our Dubai office.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills with a proven record in generating significant revenues within the industry or similar industries.
The candidate should have the ability to develop a clear sales plan for associates that details processes, scripts, templates, and ongoing training is an essential sales manager skill.
Negotiation and ability to delegate skills make up a large part of most senior sales roles.
A candidate who is ambitious and keen to have a real influence – helping to shape the growth of the company's future – would be the perfect fit.
Job Responsibilities:
• Improve the market position of UNO and achieve financial growth while maximizing the revenues for the organization.
• Build, develop and train a sales team.
• Preparation of a sales report for senior management.
• Manage key relationships with Clients and Consultants, identify new Clients and Consultants, and negotiate and close deals.
• Stay on top of market trends, changes, amendments, and enhancements to each program, as well as monitor the performance of key competitors.
• Liaise with all departments at UNO, especially the Marketing department and senior management, to identify event and campaign opportunities.
• Attend industry events and give feedback on market shifts.
• Maintain close communication with Program Managers to ensure flawless and efficient service.

المهارات
- Native ARABIC/RUSSIAN Speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in banking, real-estate, insurance, investment, luxury, hospitality.
- Extensive knowledge of high-end products and solid experience in dealing with VIP & HNWI.
- Excellent communication skills in, ARABIC or RUSSIAN.
- Good command of English is a must (reading, speaking and writing).
- Ability to learn quickly about many different programs/projects;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, under high pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Ready to commit and to reach sales targets.
- Analytical, flexible, eager to learn, hard-working, efficient, dynamic, ambitious.
