Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our retreat in Ayla-Jordan to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times,
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries,
• Communicating with customers through various channels,
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints,
• Processing forms, applications, and requests,
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary,
Qualifications:
• Available to start immediately
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable using computers and social media
• Excellent communication skills,
• Strong handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• High attention to detail
