The Marketing Manager is responsible in driving direction from both strategic and content perspectives, to help expand and improve the use of social for both content distribution and marketing. The person in this role will be working closely with a cross-functional team and will own the strategy and execution of content across all digital platforms.
This will be a hands-on role requiring content creation (copy, design and video guidance to teams), repackaging, strategic thinking, team management and relationship building.
The role will span from developing monthly content calendars to working with design, video, other content teams as well as performance marketing teams, to deliver strategic social media calendars and projects like events, live streaming, live interviews and more.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy and ensure efficient use of associated budget across campaigns and channels.
– Manage and develop the monthly content calendar calendars across each platform in collaboration with the Creative Marketing Team and Influencer Marketing Team & Business Team.
– Provide inspirational and creative thought leadership on ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences.
– Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget and within the scope.
– Establish operational methodologies and mechanisms that enable cost-efficiency, fast and responsive content development and distribution.
– Develop an integrated Paid Social Media strategy with the objective of increasing brand awareness, engagement and conversion across all channels.
– Define most important social media KPIs to measure the success of every social media campaign.
– Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
– Provide data analysis and metric reporting for the management.
المهارات
-Minimum 10 years in marketing/social and digital communications, marketing agency background is a must.
– Experience in handling social media accounts for world class events, government clients, big corporations.
– Experience creating campaigns for a world-wide audience with main focus on MENA region.
– Previous experience with Google Analytics /insights tools/ monitoring tools.
– Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s.
-Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others
