مسؤول شبكات IT Networks Officer
We are looking for an IT Networks Officer to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of professional experience
- Certificates in CISCO CCNA, CCNP and vendor technologies are preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptive to different environments
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing full network infrastructure support and connectivity – including Airport International Group’s LAN and QAIA wireless connectivity – and ensuring that all concerned parties are able to fulfill job requirements properly.
Principal Accountabilities:
·Responsible for Airport International Group’s LAN
·Maintaining Airport International Group’s network connectivity
·Documenting procedures, policies and technical operations manuals
·Securing business services and applications by maintaining data integrity and preventing data leakage
·Designing and implementing technical solutions to adhere to the objectives of the business recovery time and recovery point
·Managing incidents, problems and change requests based on ITIL best practices
·Handling capacity planning
·Managing assets and support agreements
