Job Description
Our client: A leading FMCG Multinational Company.
Your role:
- You will be responsible for taking the lead to ensure a successful Talent Acquisition process is implemented & applied which is in line with the regional strategic recruitment strategies of the company.
- Aim to develop a robust process and support the HR team.
- Liaise with purchasing to ensure alignment with the company’s terms & conditions and effectively manage the relationship on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for the recruitment process of sourcing candidates, screening profiles, onboarding, visa processing, and training.
- Manage the reporting process for talent acquisition, working with the HR team to collate and analyze the data.

Required Skills:

Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition with a relevant bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent. Strong communication skills, adaptable, well-organized, and flexible. Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this role.
