On behalf of a Digital Solutions company based in Riyadh, we are seeking a Sales Manager for a B2B SaaS platform.
Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for customer engagement solutions, and managing and developing a team of high-performing sales members. Responsible for the growth training and development of the sales team.
- Plan an achievable and realistic Sales strategy and target client list. Develop innovative and exciting ways to develop partnerships in order to drive significant revenue and sales.
- Manage new retail clients through all aspects of the Sales cycle working closely with the team. Provide competitor and market insights and analysis in order to align future customers to our strategy.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize their r growth & analyze ROI to demonstrate the viability & sustainability of our product.
- Implement and develop internal ‘best practice’ sales processes for your region.
المهارات
- Bachelor degree/ Diploma
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in setting/scaling up sales for B2B Saas platform and is capable to build strategy and execution.
- Sales track record from leading edge tech businesses, SME's, ideally startups.
- Software (ideally SaaS) solutions to larger corporates/enterprise.
- Self-starter, ambitious and keen to succeed.
