Order Management

Purpose of the job:
- Maintaining shipments and documents to customers.
 - Proper execution for customers’ orders.
 
Position Responsibilities:
The successful applicant is responsible for:
- Responsible for all aspects of order processing including pro-actively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer order from Order Entry to delivery to ensure that customer requirements are met.
 - Ensure orders validation, compliance and approvals before Order Entry.
 - Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process
 - Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
 - Manage all communications with all sales department and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
 - Manage all customers’ shipments and respond to all inquiries for all status order and resolve all customers’ issues.
 - Monitor and evaluate all order issues and overcome any obstacles that hinder the fullfilment of subject orders.
 - Schedule outbound shipments and determine shipping methods & costs.
 - Prepare required shipping documentations for outbound shipments
 - Arrange clearance and delivery for inbound shipments with 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) warehouse and forwarder
 - Monitoring inventory levels and share it with related departments, also to coordinate with related departments for stock reduction.
 - Performing regular stock counts and reporting any issues to the management.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 - Need to be able to prioritize Proactively follow up on open issues
 - Current or previous experience in order management role
 - Proven ability to build relationships with remote colleagues
 - Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based relationships with internal and external customers
 - Ability to work extended hours & weekends during peak times of the year.
 
Contract Type:
The contract type is "Limited" and renewable upon mutual agreement of both parties.
Skills
Experience & Education:
– BA in Industrial Engineering or any other related degree.
– Fresh graduate or 1 – 2 years of experience with Purchasing & logistics background for local and overseas shipments.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English & Arabic.
