About the Company:
The company is a logistics business that is operating warehouses across the UAE and KSA.
They are seeking an experienced accountant with in-depth knowledge of UAE and KSA bookkeeping requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and crosscheck with suppliers on invoices and cash on delivery transactions
- Generating financial reports, VAT fillings, ESR fillings and any other company filling as per UAE and KSA requirements
- Initiating and classifying bank transactions
- Generating cash on delivery reports
- Responding to internal and external finance-related queries
- Corresponding with suppliers and clients on inquiries
- Ongoing support on finance-related tasks
- Managing Employee Payroll
- Issuing customer invoices
This a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Working Location: Dubai (On-Site)
المهارات
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience as an accountant in UAE and KSA
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping regulations in UAE and KSA
- Ability to handle financial statements, tax returns, and budget preparation
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications, with a preference for experience in Microsoft Power Query
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Familiarity with Zoho Books is preferred
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car
