01. Implement guidelines, procedures, and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and
provide hands-on delivery support to a division and project according to PMO policy.
02. Help make program or project plans and keep them up-to-date as needed by the division or project manager.
03. Implement agreed-upon regular progress-reporting mechanisms for all projects and thereby monitor
routine progress of projects and help the division or project manager make the program status and project highlight reports based on the PMO policy.
04. Establish and maintain an information management system, and manage both
electronic and hard-copy configuration libraries
05. Provide basic training in configuration management techniques.
06. Establish risk, issue, and change-control processes and templates, and assist the division and project team in their delivery.
07. Manage or facilitate the quality review process for the division or projects.
08. Provide a coordination or administration service to a program or project.
