  • Provide orientation for new employees by sharing Onboarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
  • Handling the Hiring Process from Candidate search to onboard a new employee into the company
  • Assist in Preparing Human Resources Policies and Procedures
  • Ensuring Employees Data are Up to date and all relevant documents are filed and maintained appropriately
  • Supporting personnel activities such as keeping a track of the expiration of civil id, health cards etc.. and arranging with the representative
  • Assist in Payroll Preparation
  • Coordinate Projects, Meetings & Trainings
  • All Related tasks and duties as assigned

المهارات

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same filed
  • Visa 18 (Transferable)
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Can speak, understand, read, and write in English & Arabic
  • Knowledge in Kuwait Labor Law
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Applications
