Here’s a snapshot of what your responsibilities would include:
- Managing the inbound logistics operations from the time the customer places an order, delivers or pick-up products from the supplier/sellers until the item gets delivered to the warehouse or fulfillment centers.
- Coordinating with the suppliers/sellers on Mumzworld purchases related to consumer orders, collate them, and organize the courier/drivers and/or transport service provider for pick up and/or delivery of back-to-back (B2B) or just in time orders to the warehouse or fulfillment centers.
- Managing all consumer back-to-back (B2B) or just-in-time orders that are received in the warehouse or fulfillment centers on time and drop-ship orders are dispatched and delivered to the consumer on time.
- Following up with external and internal teams on all consumer-related order queries, issues, and concerns.
- Managing consumer expectations by notifying them of any untoward incidents such as out of stock and/or delay in the procurement of products in a timely manner.
- Preparing daily/weekly reports on the number of B2B and B2C orders received, number of open orders pending for fulfillment, orders reserved and fulfilled, returns, out of stock, etc.
المهارات
- Minimum 2 years experience in Procurement, Buying or Inbound Logistics
- Must demonstrate initiative, proactive behavior, speed, and accuracy with all work.
- Promptness to work, strong coordination and follow-up skills, and team player is a must.
- Must demonstrate excellence in work deliverables, full adherence and compliance to guidelines, and set protocols
- A University degree graduate is a must
- Procurement, e-commerce, customer service, and any vendor or account/client-related background will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, internet research, and emails are a must
- Good in written and verbal communication correspondence in English and Arabic
- Analytical, problem-solver, and resilient.
