Brief Description:
1- To support the Develpment of Organization Structure, initiation a policy & Procedure for Total Compensation & reward for Jeddah Airports Company and to handle All system implementations in org. design or any related requirements.
2- To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the HR strategy in order to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and
aligned with strategic and business goals For Jeddah Airports Company.
3- To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the JEDCO ambition to be a high performing organisation
4- to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
5- To commission and manage additional internal or external resources as and when required in order to ensure cost-effective delivery of agreed OD initiatives.
المهارات
Required Skills:
1- Minimum a bachelor's degree in HR or a relative.
2- +8 Years of Experience in OD & Total Compensation. and ERP Implementations
3- Excellent in MC office. Especially (Visio, Power PI. Excel)
4- CIPD or SHRM advance. will be Plus.
5-Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
6- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
