Our Retail division is looking for an experienced Category Merchandiser. This role has the responsibility for Sales, Inventory, and gross profit of the categories for both Stores and Ecom.
The Key performance areas included the below but are not limited to:
- Accountability for Sales, Margin, and Inventory targets.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Sales and Inventory forecasting.
- Ensuring stock availability of key lines on all sales channels based on sales trends.
- Category Management including negotiation and procurement of products.
- Establishing Pricing based on Market trends and Margin targets.
- Work with Supply chain to product delivery
- Always maintain stock file accuracy

- Fluent English is essential
- 5+ Years in Merchandising
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Knowledge of retail and commerciality
- Understanding of Ecom
- Knowledge of the Kuwait market
