الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for Control and monitor the Cost of the Project:
– Prepare the Budget every 4 months including: breakdown cost, direct cost, indirect cost, etc.
– Estimation of forecast cost along the Project
– controlling the adjustment between the planned costs and those actually incurred in the different production phases, in accordance
with the budgets set by the Management Committee
– Monthly Cost report with analysis of deviation in time and cost
– Variations from client: cost impact analysis
– Subcontractor: analysis of claims, invoice proposal assessment
– Staffing Plan
– Payment application to client
المهارات
- Civil/Industrial Engineer
- Minimum 5 years in international Projects
- Fluent English
- Good level of Excel. Primavera and SAP are important but not essential.
- Join immediately
- Work team skill
- International environment with different nationality
