Study & understand customers’ needs and translate it into products for home and garden accessories
• Analyze & evaluate market research data on consumer behavior and competition analysis to identify critical business factors and propose action plans to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintaining relation with suppliers and handle all negotiations, product selection & business agreements.
• Visiting international fairs and exhibitions to keep updated about latest trends and ideas & selecting new products.
• Assist in setting the vision, positioning, marketing strategies, pricing, media, promotion calendars along with the marketing manager.
• Achieve the highest gross margin return on Inventory Investment in all stores • Conduct market visits to study the different competitors’ products in all regions and performing the best practice product benchmarking.
• Put the best suitable pricing policy comparing to competitors’ prices; tactical and strategic.
• Track and analyze category and product performance in terms of volume and profitability.
• Manage the process of discontinuing products liquidation and ensure presenting the best alternatives solutions.
• Provide on product technical training for sales team and explain the product specifications, features and alternatives.
• Communicate store targets to the team and drive sales team to achieve financial objectives.
• Manage & supervise store opening in each new market
